During Covid I was aware that whist our Clinical Staff all stepped up to tackle immediate life-threatening diseases I was concerned that they also had to try to keep up to date with the ever-changing pressures of delivering day to day high quality treatment in a safe and standardised way.
We never know what is round the corner be it economic issues, a recurrence of a pandemic in whatever form and we need to future proof the way in which we work in an ever-changing NHS.
My passion was to create a service to support General Practice throughout whatever challenges your Practice may face –you can have the peace of mind that your practice standards and patients' safety will not be compromised.
